Projects, Partnerships And Clients

We work with major companies to generate real benefits.

re.green operates in the Amazon and the Atlantic Forest, two of the most biodiverse and most threatened biomes on the planet.

The location of project areas is an ecological decision: we prioritize areas close to remaining forest fragments, we position projects so as to reconnect those fragments and, whenever possible, we bring our own projects closer together, so that benefits can be amplified across the landscape. The result is a presence concentrated in strategic ecological corridors:

In the Amazon

Our projects are concentrated in critical ecological corridors, such as the Gurupi-Turiaçu Mosaic, on the border between Maranhão and Pará, and in transition areas near Xingu Park, in Mato Grosso.

In the Atlantic Forest

We work in Southern Bahia — the heart of the biome’s central biodiversity corridor — and in the Paraíba Valley (SP/RJ/MG). According to data from the SOS Mata Atlântica Foundation and INPE, more than 80% of the Atlantic Forest’s original cover has been eliminated since the colonial period.

This work is a collective effort. Companies committed to serious climate targets, large agricultural groups that see in ecological restoration an opportunity to generate value for their territory, and committed investors who support nature-based solutions: all of them enable the scale needed to face the climate and biodiversity challenges. Below, we present the projects currently in development and the partners helping to make this transformation possible alongside re.green.

EXPLORE OUR PROJECTS

We are from Brazil, for the world. We believe in Brazil’s vocation to recreate native forests. We serve clients across the globe and generate nature-based solutions because nature is fundamental to the solution.

Two agreements signed for the restoration and protection of 35,600 hectares in the Amazon and the Atlantic Forest, with the potential to remove more than 6.5 million tons of CO₂ over the life of the projects. The projects have already enabled the planting of more than 4.4 million seedlings of 80 native species, contributing to the restoration of strategic ecosystems and generating positive impacts for the climate and biodiversity.
